About the Contract Administrator
This role involves creating installment sales and lease agreements for confirmed transactions, entering data into the electronic signature system, and preparing payments to dealers.
* Enter/update contract information and financing terms into the internal system to create financing agreements such as leases and installment sales, as requested by the Sales and Credit departments.
* Send financing agreements to dealers and customers via email or the electronic signature system.
* Follow up with dealers and customers to ensure timely return of contract documents and facilitate document collection.
* Verify the completeness and accuracy of returned documents. If additional information or documents are needed, contact the customer or dealer to obtain the information.
* Proceed with the contract execution process once all necessary documents and conditions are confirmed.
* Process the necessary procedures for making payments to dealers.
* Verify the scope of product extended warranties and contact the customer or dealer if additional documents are needed.
* Participate in the department's continuous improvement activities (process improvement and KPI management). Progress toward achieving these goals involves identifying challenges through data analysis and considering and implementing improvement measures.

Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥6,500,000

*This is an annual salary system, so the salary is calculated as monthly salary x 12 months.

*Performance-based bonuses are paid quarterly if the company performs well.
