Our mission is to deliver Japanese automobiles (Mazdas) and maintenance parts, as well as Official Development Assistance (ODA)-related supplies that contribute to local development, to islands such as Guam, Saipan, and Palau.
■Assigned Department: Mazda Team (Vehicle Sales)
Currently, we operate primarily as a Mazda dealer, focusing on vehicle sales. Going forward, we plan to expand our organization to include two teams: "Vehicles" and "Vehicle Parts + ODA." We look forward to your contributions as a member of these teams.

You'll not only be responsible for selling products, but also for buyer management, purchasing, sales, payment collection, and trade management (LCs, documentation, SI creation, etc.). If you're interested in taking on new challenges, you can expand your scope of work.
■Job Description
[Domestic Work]
You will be responsible for all arrangements for the export of vehicles and genuine parts overseas. While handling trade matters such as order management, document preparation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures, you will also handle email correspondence and coordination with overseas business partners. You will also provide support for sales activities, such as compiling sales data and preparing materials.
[Overseas Work]
Working with overseas distributors, you will adjust sales terms and handle business negotiations. We aim to enhance the brand value of Japanese cars by supporting sales and promotional initiatives tailored to each country's market trends. As needed, you will also provide product explanations and training to local staff and support the after-sales service system.

Applicants should be comfortable with English (reading, writing, and speaking), or have an interest in overseas affairs.
Daily work will be conducted in Japanese (everyday conversational Japanese + business conversational Japanese required).
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience at a trading company or manufacturer (food, machinery, etc.).
・Possession of strong negotiation and work execution skills cultivated in other industries (bridal, advertising, PR, store management, etc.).
・Interest in cars, or the potential to develop an interest.
★Sales experience not required → A clear desire to challenge yourself in overseas sales is necessary / Those who demonstrate a willingness to "sell themselves" show a good affinity for sales.

5.2 million to 5.5 million yen

OJT...During the probationary period, you will be responsible for dealing with customers and distributors, managing product procurement, and sales. We also plan to have you accompany us on overseas business trips.
