NCH Japan is a global manufacturer boasting a world-leading market share in the field of industrial lubricants. We are currently recruiting for a B2B Sales position with the potential to become a future manager.
[Job Summary]
In the initial stages, you will work as an external sales representative, proposing and selling a wide range of industrial lubrication solutions to both new and existing customers. You will focus on developing new customers, expanding your assigned territory, and building long-term customer partnerships using various networking and consulting sales techniques.
Upon successful completion of the program and establishment of your assigned territory, you will be promoted to a sales management position, taking on the role of leading the training, skill development, and retention of new external sales representatives.

Deliver professional product presentations and solutions tailored to customer needs.

[Required Qualifications]
• At least one year of B2B sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and Japanese
• Basic PC skills and internet access
[Preferred Qualifications]
• Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable
• Experience in product sales in the industrial sector is a plus
