・We just moved to our current office in January 2024, so there is plenty of space. Since the work is mainly done by researchers, the work environment is generally quiet.
Passive smoking prevention
・Smoking is prohibited indoors, but there are two balconies outside, and smokers are required to smoke where there are ashtrays. Only 2-3 people out of 20 people smoke inside the company, so at least indoor staff are not at risk of passive smoking.
We have a discretionary work system, so the basic working hours are 8 hours, with up to 1 hour of overtime when busy, but arrival and departure times are flexible.
