Who We Need: Someone with excellent agility and a passport-ready mindset, excited to pack their bags and go anywhere in the world.
[Who We Are & How We Work]
Based in Tokyo and London, we harness our global network to execute high-impact event promotions. Trusted by government bodies and leading enterprises, our mission is to act as a global bridge, bringing Japanese innovation and culture to the international stage.
[Our Culture & Who We Are Looking For]
We are a boutique, high-performing team. We rarely open our doors for hiring, and this specific search is strictly limited to 1-2 new colleagues.
High Autonomy & Flat Structure: You will own your projects with significant responsibility. We have zero red tape—no complex hierarchies or rigid approval flows. Great ideas and on-site solutions are welcomed and executed quickly, no matter your seniority.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Overseas events always bring unexpected twists. We tackle these challenges as a united front, sharing context openly to find the best solutions together.
Hiring for Character: Because we are a small and elite crew, "personality" and "adaptability" are our top priorities. We are looking for a team player who can mesh well with our diverse members and comfortably navigate a flexible, fast-paced environment.
