At ZEN University, scheduled to open in 2025, you will be responsible for supporting students' study abroad and managing partnerships with overseas universities and institutions.

[Required Qualifications]
- Experience using English professionally and able to use English for phone calls, business emails, and negotiations.
- Experience working in a study abroad-related field (either at an educational institution or private company) (1+ years)
- Experience working in study abroad support (study abroad counseling, program management, school administration, etc.) (3+ years)
- English proficiency (business level or above: sufficient to negotiate smoothly with overseas partner schools)
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in university administration (international exchange/study abroad support-related)
- Experience launching a new business or program
- Experience living abroad (studying abroad/working)
Annual Salary: ¥3,840,000 - ¥6,240,000
Base Salary: ¥240,000 - ¥390,000
Expected Average Overtime Hours: 20 hours/month
Expected Annual Salary Including Overtime: ¥4,000,000 - ¥7,000,000
*Summer and winter bonus amounts will vary depending on your hiring date, performance evaluation, and performance.
For those joining mid-year, the standard bonus amount will be calculated on a monthly basis.
For those joining in April, May, or June, there will be no June bonus in their first year because they did not work during the evaluation period (October of the previous year to March of the current year).
For those joining in October, November, or December, there will be no December bonus in their first year because they did not work during the evaluation period (April to September of the current year).
