We're hiring Bilingal Sales Account Manager.

[Sales & Account Management]
- New Business Development: Execute sales plans to acquire new clients and promote systemsGo solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client needs, prepare proposals, and manage RFI/RFP/BE processes.
- Account Retention: Manage renewals, invoicing, and cross-selling to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful agreement execution.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor feedback and liaise with delivery teams to ensure high service standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal information management systems.

[Business Development]
- Partnership Building: Identify and develop new channel sales partners.
- Global Collaboration: Coordinate with regional/global partners for lead sharing and joint bids.
- Networking: Represent the company at Chambers of Commerce and industry events to strengthen relationships.

Required Skill
◆Fluent or Native Japanese communications skills
◆Ability to use English in day-to-day business communications and be comfortable working with English-speaking colleagues.
◆Direct sales experience and a track record of successfully selling IT solutions and/or related professional services to enterprise-level clientele.
◆Ideally, be knowledgeable on providing managed services and outsourcing solutions (staffing & recruitment knowledge an advantage).

Salary will be determined based on experience.
