Japanese user support primarily via phone, email, and chat (some positions have technical elements)

Supporting Japanese users of a European medical device manufacturer. Contributing to society through meticulous medical support!
English conversation level or higher is required.
In addition to base salary and bonuses, there is a shift allowance (up to approximately 20,000 yen per month).
2. Airline Customer Support
Provide the best possible service to customers booking flights! Primarily phone and email support.

- Basic computer skills (typing, Office, etc.) are sufficient.

Salary: 8,000-12,000 Malaysian Ringgit (depending on experience and position) + monthly performance bonus
Japanese Yen: 270,000-540,000 JPY + monthly performance bonus
