Junior Sales Engineer – Power Supplies
TASKS
· Support the sales team in managing and developing customer accounts in Japan
· Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and basic technical coordination (with support from FAEs)
· Maintain and update CRM and sales-related documentation
· Support distributor communication and follow-up activities
· Assist with exhibitions, customer visits, and sales presentations
· Gradually develop product knowledge and sales responsibility

REQUIREMENTS
· Degree or equivalent education in engineering, electronics, business, or a related field
· 1–5 years of professional experience (sales, technical support, or customer-facing roles)
· Interest in electronics and power supply products
· Japanese native level and basic to intermediate English (spoken; email support is sufficient at the beginning)
· Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes
· Proactive, communicative, and reliable working style
· Ability to work well in a small, international team environment
