【Mission】
You will play the role of a "mediator" in the membership-based community "Forbes JAPAN SALON," designing new encounters among members and connecting them to actual business and regional developments.
Specific Job Responsibilities
1. Building Relationships with Members
- Identifying challenges and themes through regular interviews with business owners and entrepreneurs
- Detailed communication through digital tools and offline dinners
- Proposing matching opportunities tailored to members' needs
2. Event Planning and Management
- Planning, selecting participants, and organizing networking events, study sessions, and meetups
- Event announcements, promotion, and on-site management
3. Regional Collaboration and Other Activities
- Holding co-creation events in collaboration with local leaders (including nationwide travel)
- Collaboration with the Forbes JAPAN editorial department and other business divisions
- Attending regular golf competitions, etc.

[Required Conditions]
* At least one year of experience in corporate sales, or retail sales to executives and high-net-worth individuals, including customer negotiation and customer service.
* Honest and trustworthy communication skills.
* Willingness to travel nationwide for business trips and meals.
* Ability to think and act independently.
* Bachelor's degree or higher (University graduates: at least one year of company experience / High school graduates: at least three years of company experience).

Basic Salary: ¥277,457 - ¥369,942
Fixed Overtime Pay (equivalent to 45 hours): ¥97,543 - ¥130,058
