【Day-to-Day Responsibilities】
・Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, supporting all activities required to provide strategic advice in media relations and communications, primarily for foreign clients in asset management, private equity, real estate investment, and investment banking.
・Provide strategic counsel in English and Japanese on PR planning, targeted messaging, and mapping of both traditional and social media landscapes.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with media, analysts, and fund managers connected to client organizations.
・Research, write, and edit press releases, factsheets, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, and other communication materials.
・Support new business pitches through research, intelligence gathering, and drafting of presentation materials.
・Plan, organize, and coordinate client events.
・Train junior consultants on financial markets and writing skills.

【Required Qualifications】
・ Work experience in Public Relations (No finance experience or knowledge is required)

【Desired / Preferred Experience】
・Practical experience as a PR Consultant or Marketing Specialist, preferably within PR agencies, the advertising industry, or the strategic communications field
・Experience in the financial sector

【Language Skills】
・Japanese: Native-level proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
・English: Business-level proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
・Both languages will be used in internal and external meetings

Annual Salary
Without financial industry experience:
¥5,000,000 – ¥6,000,000 + bonus
(Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime per month)
With financial industry experience:
¥6,000,000 – ¥7,000,000 + bonus
(Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime per month)

Days Off:
・Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
・Year-end and New Year holidays: from December 31 to January 3
