We are looking for an overseas VTuber talent manager. This VTuber agency will oversee the debut of talented and attractive talents.
Currently, we have 27 unique talents, and all of them are supported by many fans, with over 25,000 subscribers in just two weeks.
You will be in charge of an important position to seriously engage with, develop, and promote our talents.

As the fan base of the talent you will be in charge of is female, we are planning to release content that will please and delight female fans, so we are looking for someone who has a strong interest in content for women.

■Schedule management and mental care for overseas VTuber talents
■Progress management and quality check of related illustrations and other productions
■Planning and executing products and events for the talents in charge
■Coordination with external parties, including talents

Our company's Vtuber business has expanded steadily since its launch in 2018, and has many highly acclaimed talents.
In the future, we plan to establish multiple Vtuber agencies to discover and produce virtual talents who can be active globally.

Our parent company restructured its organization to strengthen its metaverse business, and our company was established on March 1, 2023.
Our company, which will be the leader in the Vtuber business, actively holds Vtuber auditions.

[Required Skills/Experience]
■English: Business level or above
■Japanese: Business level (equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2)
■Approximately meet any of the following criteria:
1. Talent management experience (even outside the VTuber industry)
2. Strong interest in content aimed at women
3. Pop culture enthusiast (games, anime, manga, movies, light novels, cosplay, etc.)
■ Ability to commute to an office in Tokyo

[Preferred Skills/Experience]
■Interest in and knowledge of VTubers and the VTuber business
■Work experience related to 2D content such as anime, manga, and games
■Experience managing Live2D and 3D production progress
■Music production experience
■Video production experience for anime, 3DCG, etc.
■Experience in sales planning and production related to merchandise and other commerce-related activities
■Event planning and production experience
■Language skills other than English

Fluent (TOEIC 865-)

[Salary]
Expected annual salary: 4 million to 7 million yen
*Includes 40 hours of deemed overtime. Excessive hours will be paid separately.
*Preferential treatment will be given according to company regulations, taking into account experience, skills, and age.
