We handle everything from planning to production of floral designs in a wide range of fields, including flower gifts, event production, floral styling, and brand collaborations, and our extensive range of services continues to evolve.
With the increasing number of foreign tourists visiting Japan, Nicolai Bergmann's designs are rapidly gaining global exposure through social media. We see this as an opportunity to fully expand our established domestic brand internationally, and we are seeking bilingual individuals to join our team.

Our head office is located in Minami-Aoyama, a district lined with global brands and a hub for cutting-edge trends and design. Currently, we have 15 staff members, 9 women and 6 men, primarily in their 20s and 30s. We also have bilingual staff.
We're a small office, but we manage to pull off big projects.
It's about focusing on what you "can do." It's about respecting "trying and failing" rather than "not trying." Because it's an environment where you can build things up without fearing failure and without changing the core.

Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Nicolai Bergmann conceived his original flower box in 2000 and founded "Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design" in 2001. In addition to seven stores in Denmark, he also has stores in Seoul and has collaborated with numerous major corporations and global brands, as well as participated in exhibitions.
