Career Paths
At Effy, your journey is just the beginning. We believe in recognizing talent, rewarding ambition, and providing limitless opportunities for growth within our global organization. Team members can begin as Jewelry Specialists or Effy Ambassadors, progressing into roles such as Assistant Manager, Manager, Sales Manager, or Port & Shopping Guide. From there, many advance into Fleet Management or pursue exciting career opportunities within our Headquarters and Global Operations teams. Every step of your Effy journey is designed to help you grow, lead, and shine — both onboard and beyond.
