[Job Summary]
This role involves handling all aspects of back-office operations (HR, labor relations, and general affairs) to ensure the smooth running of the school. From specialized practical tasks to maintaining a safe and supportive environment within the school, this is a highly rewarding position where you will create the "best possible work environment" where staff can focus on education with peace of mind.
[Specific Job Responsibilities]
1. HR and Labor Management (Mainly Domestic Operations)
- Payroll and Attendance Management: Payroll calculation and payment processing, attendance data verification and processing.
- Insurance and Procedures: Social insurance (acquisition and loss), employment insurance procedures.
- Labor Management: Overtime and leave acquisition management, communication and consultation with social insurance and labor consultant offices.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruitment of Japanese staff (selection and coordination of recruitment channels), preparation for the onboarding of foreign instructors (document creation for visa applications, etc. *Japanese language support available).
- System Design: Development and improvement of employment regulations, operation of employee benefits (health checkups, mental health care, etc.).
2. General Affairs and Environmental Management
Equipment and Asset Management: Management and ordering of school equipment, consumables, and fixed assets.
- Facility and Contract Management: Arranging contractors for school building maintenance and managing lease and maintenance contracts.
- Safety and Health Management: Planning disaster prevention drills, operating the health committee, and coordinating with the industrial physician.
- Company Event Support: Supporting the setup and operation of school events and company events.
- Document and Seal Management: Storing contracts, managing company seals, and handling various notification procedures.
Edure LCA aims to cultivate "international awareness and a Japanese spirit" in each student through its unique active immersion education, while valuing individual differences. Its main business is the operation of LCA International Academy (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture).
Leveraging the extensive experience and expertise gained from LCA International Academy, Edure LCA also provides English teacher training, outsourcing services for elementary schools, and educational consulting, supporting English education and school management at other schools.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (8 hours of work / 60-minute break)

* Practical experience in Human Resources (3 years or more) or General Affairs: Experience in payroll calculation, social insurance procedures, or equipment/facility management.
* Ability to multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks according to the situation and act quickly and efficiently.
