【Job Summary】
At Linktize Digital Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for development direction with the mission of maximizing and diversifying revenue for the global business media "Forbes JAPAN" and the lifestyle media "OCEANS." This role requires data-driven decision-making and leading the engineering team.


【Specific Job Responsibilities】
◎ Planning new features and improvements for site growth
◎ Prioritizing development items, defining requirements, and managing progress
◎ Formulating optimal architecture and specifications with engineers
◎ Discussing and coordinating with engineers and other departments
◎ Verifying the effectiveness of releases and implementing improvements (including data analysis)

* 3+ years of experience in direction for a web media or web service
* Experience in product development and improvement in collaboration with a development team
* Communication and coordination skills involving stakeholders
* Document creation skills, such as technical specifications
