About the role
ensures efficient seating arrangements, manages reservations, and coordinates closely with the bar staff to provide exceptional guest experiences. A Bar Hostess must maintain a professional appearance, possess excellent communication skills, and uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and service.
What you will do
・Greet guests warmly.
・Escort guests to their seats and present menus.
・Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
・Ensure guests are comfortable and attended to while waiting.
・Communicate effectively with bartenders and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
・Monitor cleanliness and ambiance of the bar area, adjusting lighting, music, or seating as needed.
・Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
・Promote daily specials or featured drinks as directed.
・Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
・Comply with all health and safety regulations.
・Support the overall service team during busy periods (e.g., helping with clearing or resetting tables).

Annual salary: 3,000,000 to 3,200,000 yen + bonus (depending on company performance; last year's performance: 3 months)
Salary will be determined based on experience.
Probationary period: 3 months
