Service and Fabrication Manager role with Brooks Automative Japan ★ 8 million to 12 million yen!
・Lead end-to-end service case management, including tracking progress, resolving issues, and coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
・Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, handling inquiries, support calls, and escalations.
・Drive resolution of complex or escalated service issues through cross-functional collaboration.
・Provide technical leadership and pre-sales support for semiconductor fab automation equipment (Fab Solutions).
・Gather and consolidate customer requirements and technical specifications, and align technical direction with HQ.

• Bachelor's degree or higher from Technical University
• 4+ years of experience in a related field
