You will work as a chef at the restaurant at "THE MAGARIGAWA CLUB," a members-only driving club that is gaining global recognition and opening in the summer of 2023.

Specific Duties
1) Preparation, Cooking, and Presentation: Using seasonal local ingredients and carefully selected ingredients sourced from various locations.
・Both Western and Japanese menus available.
2) Menu Development: Creating seasonal course meals and special menus for events.
3) Kitchen Management: Inventory management, sanitation management, cost accounting (depending on experience and skills)
4) Open Kitchen Production: Cooking and performance for events and parties

Shift system: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Working from home is generally not permitted
[Required Qualifications]
■ Experience cooking Western cuisine (French, Italian, or Japanese cuisine)
■ Ability to commute by car or live and work near the workplace
■ Ability to communicate with customers (especially VIP customers)
[Desired Skills]
■ Conversational level English proficiency
■ Car enthusiast, especially luxury cars
■ Experience working as a chef at a members-only resort
Annual Salary: ¥3.5 million - ¥10 million (annual salary system) based on experience and ability.
Monthly Salary: Annual salary divided by 12 months. Overtime Pay: Separately provided.
Other: Event allowances available.

■Gas expenses for car commutes will be reimbursed based on distance from home (subject to limits).

Access: Approximately 1 hour by car from central Tokyo or Haneda Airport
