Specific Duties:
- Craft cocktails and drinks to order
-Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain Bar Cleanliness
- Collaborate with other bartenders, hall staff, and management to help build a cohesive and ego-free environment.
-Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.
As a Bartender at LOST, your main job will be to craft high-quality cocktails, maintain health standards, interact with customers, take orders, and work as a team to enhance the experience of every customer that visits us. We like to keep our standards high and we train our staff thoroughly to upkeep those standards. All Staff are encouraged to make mistakes, ask questions, and voice opinions.
But the job never ends with just making our signature drinks-- we are especially interested in those who want to bring their creativity passions to help us grow into something bigger.

LOST is a recently opened cocktail bar in the heart of Shibuya -- right next to the Shibuya crossing. As a bar, our motto is: "great drinks, even better service" and as an employer we strive to not only make our customers satisfied, but provide our employees with a bright, fulfilling, and no-ego workplace.
- Wed-Sun 12:00-23:30 hrs (1hr break)
- NO Overtime. The bar closes to customers at 23:00 and all staff are out by 23:30.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ Years Experience Making A Variety of Classic Cocktails
-Those looking for long-term employment
- Knowledge of cocktails and various liquors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Humility and willingness to adapt
- Work well in a team environment
- Passion for Japan and spreading Japanese culture
- Japanese Language not required but a plus!
Monthly salary: 350,000 yen and up (3 or more years of experience in a cocktail bar required)
