Strategic Planning/Productivity Improvement Systemization (Group Productivity Improvement Department)
To achieve the company-wide budget, you will be responsible for creating mechanisms for improving group productivity, including *Triple20, and for planning and promoting group-wide initiatives.
As this involves promoting group-wide initiatives, stakeholders will primarily consist of senior management and executives from each group organization. You will gain experience in driving the entire group with a high degree of autonomy.
[Specific Job Responsibilities]
* Setting Productivity KGIs/KPIs for the entire Rakuten Group and each business unit, setting goals, and supporting policy development/planning and implementation to achieve those goals.
* Setting indicators and goals for *Triple20, and planning and promoting measures to achieve them.
* Weekly P&L analysis, TvA/TvF analysis of productivity indicators (review and forecasting), and reporting to management.
* Planning and managing Productivity Meetings.
* Planning and implementing measures to strengthen organizational capabilities across the entire group (Leadership Program: training for middle managers, etc.).
* Planning, leading, and providing hands-on support for cross-group projects, and collaborating on projects with individual businesses/divisions.
* Guiding all organizations in understanding facts through on-site observation and setting unit costs.
*Triple20 is a term coined within our company, representing our goal of "maximizing productivity through the use of AI."
The following three items (triple) will each be increased by 20%:
① Marketing efficiency

[Required Qualifications]
- 3+ years of experience in corporate planning/business planning at a business company
Or 3+ years of business-side (non-IT) project management experience at a consulting firm
- Communication and negotiation skills to work with various stakeholders
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience developing and implementing management models, business models, and new services
- Organizational skills and experience developing and implementing plans to strengthen competitiveness, improve productivity, and improve management
