Rakuten operates over 70 services and is expanding its unique ecosystem through its membership base and points program. The Customer Strategy Department is at the core of this, planning and promoting new services. The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for creating innovative products by leveraging diverse assets.

[Specific Job Responsibilities]
■ Product manager, leading revenue and customer satisfaction improvements
■ Leading a mixed team of professionals from different fields such as business, UX, marketing, and development
■ Performance-based evaluation, with individual discretion in achieving results
■ Direct contact with management, participating in intensive product meetings with senior executives 1-2 times a month to discuss growth and evolution strategies

■ A super app unifying Rakuten's 70 services
■ Smart agent transformation of the points management service
■ Development of a loyalty program considering entry into the mobile carrier market and expansion in the financial sector

[Required Qualifications]
■ Experience driving a product while taking responsibility for business KPIs such as revenue and customer satisfaction
■ Experience as a product manager or director for a large-scale website/app
■ Experience in requirements definition, implementation direction, and post-release improvement in collaboration with the production/development team

[Education and Language Skills]
・Education: Graduate degree, Bachelor's degree
・Language Skills: English reading and writing level, native-level Japanese
