Graphic editor utilizing AI tools | Okinawa real estate startup
We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphics Editor who is proficient in using modern AI tools to generate stunning, high-conversion images and videos. In this role, you will be the primary creator of all visual content, moving beyond traditional editing to generating bespoke assets that bring properties to life. Your expertise in platforms like Nano Banana Pro and other AI imaging/video tools will be essential in creating compelling listings, social media content, and advertising campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.
AI Asset Generation & Curation
• Use AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) and video tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika Labs) to create realistic and aspirational interior and exterior shots, virtual staging concepts, and lifestyle imagery.
• Utilize specialized AI tools like Nano Banana Pro for creating stylized, high-impact marketing visuals and Artlist for sourcing and integrating AI-assisted music and soundscapes.
• Master the art of prompt engineering to consistently produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
Video Production & Editing
• Create captivating property tour videos, social media reels, and promotional ads by seamlessly blending AI-generated footage, drone shots, and real photography.
• Use AI video editing tools for tasks like automated editing, object removal, sky replacement, and motion tracking to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Brand & Marketing Material Design
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, including digital ads, brochures, website graphics, and email campaigns.
• Create "before and after" visualizations, conceptual floor plans, and neighborhood ambiance videos using AI.
Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual strategies for new property listings and brand campaigns.
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI creative tools to keep our visual content at the industry's forefront.
Workflow Optimization
• Establish and document efficient workflows for generating, reviewing, and approving AIgenerated content.
• Manage digital asset libraries and ensure all creative outputs are organized and accessible.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a Graphics Editor, Video Editor, or similar creative role, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual storytelling.
• Must have hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, including but not limited to:
o AI Image Generation: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana Pro
o AI Video Tools: RunwayML, Pika Labs, HeyGen.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) for final asset refinement and compositing.
• A strong eye for composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for exploring the intersection of technology and creativity.
• A combination of business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the real estate, architecture, or interior design industry.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling or virtual staging software (e.g., Matterport, Blender) is a bonus.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and how visual content drives engagement and conversion.
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, international shipping Incoterms, and customs clearance.
• Experience reading and interpreting project plans and FF&E specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with procurement or project management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality control standards for luxury finishes and materials.
