You will be assigned to the Overseas Sales Department, where you will introduce products and propose solutions to customer needs. We currently have local subsidiaries in Malaysia and the Philippines, with the possibility of further expansion. Even without prior experience, you can gain experience in international trade and international business practices.
→ Expanding business with the Chinese branches of major Japanese prime-listed companies and local Chinese trading companies; sales to China are driving performance (150% year-on-year sales growth).
*Recently, we have a store on the Alibaba Group website (since January of this year). *It is unclear whether you will be involved in this project.
This is an international trade transaction job. The work includes both office-based tasks and (partial) logistics operations.
■In-house duties: Communicating with overseas companies, including Chinese companies, via email and chat from Japan.
■Trade duties: Export operations involving shipping goods from Japanese suppliers overseas.
(Some inventory management at factories is also involved.)
・Clients: Manufacturers of automobiles, electronic components, etc. (mainly existing customers). Identifying needs at the factory and making proposals.
→ Transactions with purchasing and materials departments, or completed solely at the factory.
*For overseas business, communication will mainly be via email and telephone.
(Overseas business trips are possible.)

[Required Qualifications]
- Experience working in Japan
- Business experience using Chinese
- Basic English skills are acceptable (mainly email correspondence with overseas customers via online orders; research is acceptable)
