★3/28 Interview★ [English] Embassy Interpreter/Work at an Overseas Funeral Business Company @Tokyo
This position provides various funeral-related support to bereaved families and embassy officials traveling to Japan from overseas.
You will frequently interact with international clients and embassies, so you will have many opportunities to use English.
[Major Duties]
- Prepare documents for the embassy (in both Japanese and English)
- Accompany and interpret for international clients traveling to Japan
- Handle inquiries from overseas clients (approximately 10 per year)
- Check the condition of the body upon arrival from overseas
*Procedures for disposal of the body will be handled by a specialized company
- Arrange with various funeral-related companies (by phone and email)
- Promote and greet Japanese companies and related organizations
You will also be involved in building a network with overseas clients through these activities:
- Attending parties attended by embassy officials
- Hosting seminars for companies and organizations
Our company has been providing funeral services for many years.
We work in cooperation with relevant domestic and international organizations, embassies, and overseas funeral-related businesses to provide highly specialized services, including overseas transportation.
We have a long history of doing business with major companies and have a stable business foundation.
We are an accredited funeral home by the U.S. and Canadian embassies, as listed on their websites.
8:30-17:00 (60-minute break)
・Business level or above English
・At least 1 year of clerical/document preparation experience in Japan
・Ability to respond calmly and considerately to others' needs
Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥350,000
Expected annual salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,200,000
*The salary will be officially announced after the interview, taking into consideration previous salary and experience.
*Bonuses: Available (twice a year)
*Salary increases: Available (once a year)
Shift work, 7-10 days off per month
101 days of annual holidays
10 days of paid vacation after 6 months of employment (the number of days increases based on years of service thereafter)
