■Job Description
This position is for an Able overseas branch (New York, Boston, Hong Kong, Taiwan) candidate to be assigned as a manager. Initially, you will work at a domestic branch, but will subsequently be assigned to an overseas branch (direct employment). The timing of your assignment will be determined based on your performance at the domestic branch and the work visa requirements of each country.

■Specific Duties
Able branch jobs primarily focus on the following. This is an environment where you can interact with a variety of customers and work together with other employees to achieve your goals. ◎
◇ Rental Brokerage: Response-based sales, proposing rental properties to customers who visit the branch after browsing online. We listen to customers' desired neighborhoods, floor plan preferences, budget, and other details, and make proposals tailored to their individual needs. As a "housing professional," you will put yourself in the customer's shoes and propose the "best fit" for them. We are seeking individuals who can contribute to achieving both their personal and branch goals.

In addition to showing customers properties, you will also build deep relationships with owners. In addition to making proposals for property management and handling administrative procedures for owners, we also offer renovation proposals and support for rebuilding.
We look forward to the challenge of someone who will first increase their numbers as a player and then take on the challenge of managing a store as a manager!

After being posted overseas, you will primarily be working to propose properties to Japanese customers looking for an apartment, including expatriates and international students.
As a branch manager, you will utilize your experience in Japan and other branches to perform tasks such as:

Branch management

Planning and implementing strategies to increase sales

Handling real estate sales and purchase transactions
