PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIIMARY FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Understanding, managing, and developing improvement plans for in-store sales.
* Preparing for trade shows (performance review, sales plan development, sales proposals, etc.).
* Attending trade shows and conducting order-taking activities.
* Pre-launch preparations, including registering customer product master data and price tag registration.
* Monthly product launch planning and implementation management, sales and other numerical management, and risk management.

* Strong sales experience as a sneaker salesperson
