In this position, you will be seconded to our local subsidiary in Thailand to work in manufacturing and engineering.
If you have experience with automatic lathes, you will be responsible for large projects with a broad perspective,
which will allow you to hone your skills and experience great rewards!

■Specific Responsibilities...
- Improve the productivity and utilization rate of automatic lathes.
*We have over 1,000 lathes!
- Promote various activities to maintain quality and reduce costs.
- Setup planning
- Program creation
- Project management
- Technical guidance for Japanese and Thai staff
- Management of subordinates (approximately 10 people)

[Assignment]
Manufacturing Department/Engineering Department
- 840 local staff members (including 13 Japanese) at our Thailand base
- You will be seconded immediately (2-3 days after joining).

[Training Information]
After joining (arriving in Thailand), you will receive lectures about the company and the work for approximately one month.
We also have four in-house interpreters, so even if you can't speak English or Thai, you won't have any problems.
As mentioned above, we have a support system in place, so you can feel at ease working here.
