- Conduct technical consultations with customers, contractors, and power companies, and coordinate grid connection.
- Conduct technical surveys of project sites, and review and approve design drawings (single-line diagrams, layout drawings, etc.)
- Provide technical guidance and on-site troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
- Work with global engineering teams to ensure product specifications and compliance.

[Required Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or similar field
- Engineering experience in power systems, substation equipment, or large-scale renewable energy projects (5+ years recommended)
- Knowledge of Japan's Electricity Business Act, technical standards, and grid interconnections
- Technical communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English

[Preferred Qualifications]
- Certified First- or Second-Class Chief Electrical Engineer
- Experience designing and implementing a BESS (energy storage system) or PCS (power conditioner)
- Skills in creating and revising design drawings using CAD
