[Required Qualifications]
- 2+ years of experience as an IT engineer
We are seeking candidates with experience in design, development, or evaluation.
- Programming skills (development experience in one of the following languages):
C, C++, C#, VB.net, Java, JavaScript, Python
*Object-oriented programming is particularly preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing control systems
Leverage your experience in control software development and design to support Japanese manufacturing.
- Japanese language proficiency: Intermediate business level or above (JLPT N2 or above)
*Ability to communicate smoothly (read, write, and speak) with clients.

[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience working on factory automation or factory automation-related projects
- Software development experience related to PLC integration, industrial robot control, and process automation is highly valued and will be an immediate asset.
- Language skills (English, Chinese, etc.)
A desire to utilize technical collaboration with overseas offices and document comprehension in global projects for foreign clients.
