Software Developer (Embedded / Automotive)

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications
Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues
Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Japan and North America
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Prepare progress reports and actively participate in team meetings

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development
Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English
Experience in the automotive industry
(e.g., car navigation, infotainment, or car audio systems)
