This position will lead RLWRLD's business expansion in the Japanese market and promote the social implementation of Physical AI through strategic partnerships.
In this position, you will lead the planning and implementation of data learning and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects through collaboration with major Japanese companies and robotics-related players.
We are seeking a colleague to pioneer Japan-based Physical AI business development, working at the forefront of the rapid evolution of the AI and robotics fields, while collaborating with our Korea headquarters and global teams.
[Major Duties]
■ Planning, sales, and contracting for data learning and PoC projects based on an understanding of our in-house technology (VLA model, ALLEX, etc.)
■ Account management for existing and new clients
■ Developing business models and contract structures appropriate for the Japanese market
■ Building relationships with key stakeholders (companies, robot manufacturers, universities, government agencies, etc.) and supporting fundraising
■ Close collaboration with the Korea headquarters (including the Product team) to drive projects forward

Leveraging its deep research capabilities in AI and robotics, RLWRLD is accelerating the development of a general-purpose AI model that enables precise manipulation using high-degree-of-freedom robotic hands.
In addition, RLWRLD has built a strong network with research institutes and robotics and sensor solution partners to provide AI solutions that can be immediately applied in real-world industrial settings, primarily in the manufacturing industry.

■ Practical experience in B2B sales and business development in various industries in Japan
■ B2B customer management experience in various industries in Japan
■ Business communication skills in Japanese

■ B2B sales or business development experience at a technology (AI/robotics/SaaS) startup
■ Business launch experience at a startup or overseas company in the Japanese market
■ Fundraising experience at a startup and investment experience at a VC/CVC
■ Ability to work in Korean or English
■ Deep understanding and networking in the Japanese business ecosystem
■ Experience collaborating and leading global teams
■ Strong interest and understanding in the AI/robotics field
■ Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
