Job Title: Associate - IT Consultant (Business Process, IT Platform)
Work Location: Client (Tokyo)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects at various stages, from client requirements gathering to business analysis, external design, development/configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute to business-level and company-wide initiatives with the goal of providing high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.
- Execute projects collaboratively with offshore teams (India), client teams, and on-site teams (client-based members).
- Analyze customer problems and create and document solutions.

<Eligibility/Application Requirements>
[Requirements]
- Graduate (or expect to graduate) from a university or graduate school in Japan or abroad by 2027. * (Start date is negotiable.)
- Graduates welcome
- Ability to work full-time in Japan.
- Humanities and science majors welcome
- Business-level or above proficiency in Japanese
- Ability to communicate in simple English (e.g., TOEIC score of 600 or above)
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and programming languages as needed
- Interested in the functionality and future potential of platforms such as ERP and AI
- Excellent communication, presentation, speaking, and writing skills.
- Ability to independently represent projects and negotiate with clients as needed, and to serve as a trusted advisor in the future.
- Highly adaptable to different environments. Able to share ideas and collaborate in a mixed team consisting of on-site (client site) and offshore (primarily in India).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Also, those who had such an experience during their student days.
