• 7+ years of sales experience in the technology industry (especially in the security field)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build trusting relationships with customers
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Native-level Japanese
• Business communication skills in English (preferably preferred)
