ACCOUNT PAYABLE SPECIALIST — PART TIME
Overview

Responsibilities
* Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.
* Verify and/?or assign general ledger coding to invoices.? Review, verify and ensure adherence to Active’s policies and procedures for expense reports and processing of invoices.
* Input all required information from invoices into the A/?P system.
* Adheres to weekly and month-end closing schedules.
* Responds to all vendor inquiries.
Generates accounts payable checks in supervisor’s absence.
* Maintains all accounts payable files.
* Assists with special projects, as necessary.
* Maintains pertinent records.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
One year related Account Payable experience and or training.
NOTE: THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION LIMITED TO 16-19 HOURS PER WEEK.
Must be able to work at least 6 hours on Wednesday and Thursday and the balance hours on Monday or Tuesday.? No Friday hours.
