Job Title: Account Executive - Entry Level
Job Type: Account Executive position targeting enterprise data information solutions.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
Expected Income: $75,000 first year $100,000+ second year

Degree Type: 4 Year Bachelor Degree required in Business, Marketing or Technology related fields
Experience: No experience required
Training: Extensive training on technologies and account management provided
Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communications. Able to manage multiple customer projects and accounts simultaneously. Able to understand and relate technology concepts.
Preferred Skills: 1-2 years proven track record of progressive accomplishments within your field.
ZiBiz is a fast growing, high technology company located in Ronkonkoma, NY. Looking for assertive, personable, enthusiastic candidates with strong communication skills. Position is immediate. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Generating Revenue: Increase ZiBiz’s revenue and profit margin by identifying and pursuing new and existing customer accounts.
2. Prospecting & Planning: Work with C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies to identify potential opportunities and prioritize them. Build rapport and educate customers utilizing internal and external resources.
3. Qualifying & Analyzing: Lead and develop account strategies using customers’ growth plans, new solutions, upgrade needs, allocated budget, and project timelines.
4. Proposing & Closing: Work with Zibiz engineers to formulate solution. Present customers with finalized collaborative proposals which identify customer pain points and contain justified solutions with expected results. Need to address and overcome objections to win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
5. Negotiating: Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close the deal with sufficient margin.
