【英語を活かす】財務人事コントローラー/ Finance HR Controller
A global fashion company is looking for a Finance HR Controller. The selected candidate will lead HR cost forecasting, reporting, and data governance while driving insights and process optimisation across multiple entities. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Lead multi-entity staff cost forecasting cycles ensuring accuracy and alignment
* Analyse variances and deliver strategic insights to HR and Finance stakeholders
* Oversee HR accruals including recruitment, leave reserves, and bonuses
* Manage HR reporting, headcount tracking, and KPI analysis with actionable insights
* Drive data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency of HR databases
* Optimise processes through automation, digital tools, and cross-entity initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling
* Background in HR controlling and payroll cost structures
* Knowledge of cost centres, P&L/BS impacts, payroll flows, and staff cost accounting
* Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management related to HR costs
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Business level English and Japanese

* Interest in AI, automation, or data analytics
