[Specific duties]
* Attracting job seekers and disseminating information using social media such as TikTok and Instagram
* Planning and creating content (videos, images, text)
* Conducting interviews and career counseling with Indonesians who wish to work in Japan
* Hearing job seekers' desired conditions and experience, and introducing them to suitable job openings
* Attending company interviews and providing interpretation and translation to the hiring company
* Providing advice for interviews and support on Japanese business etiquette

* Local Japanese Language School Management: Involved in the operation of our own Japanese language school in Bandung, Indonesia, designing "what kind of talent to cultivate and how to cultivate it."
