[Job Description]
■ You will be responsible for customer support and shipping for our Wi-Fi router and SIM card services for foreigners living in Japan.
As you gradually increase your business knowledge, you will also be responsible for answering phone calls.
■ Handle product inquiries (email/chat). Check on accommodation and address changes, the usability of overseas devices in Japan, connection speeds, return methods, etc.
Handle 60 emails and 10 chats per day. Work collaboratively with other employees and part-time staff.
■ Translate customer order details into Japanese and process shipping.
Record the product's arrival date and destination in Japan. Also responsible for packaging and shipping products.
