Generative AI / Product Data Analyst
Lead analyst who will launch the data analytics function and support product success through numbers. In a fast‑paced business environment, you will own everything from building the analytics foundation to supporting decision‑making.
Description
* Develop analysis plans in collaboration with product management to quantitatively identify customer issues
* Define KPIs for product success and design/build dashboards and other visualization tools
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and propose product strategies
* Clearly explain complex analysis results to diverse stakeholders
* Optimize product features through experimental design and evaluation, including A/B testing
* Build and operate analytics infrastructure, including BI tools and data pipelines
* Support team growth through member development and management as the team expands
Profile
* 5+ years of hands‑on data analytics experience (especially in product analytics)
* Advanced English communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with PMs and engineers and translate business issues into analytical tasks
* Extensive experience with data extraction and aggregation using SQL
* Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or DOMO
* Proven track record of turning analytical insights into business impact
* Leadership experience or strong motivation for team development
