* Lead project management for application platform initiatives.
* Coordinate and communicate with service providers and internal tenant teams.
* Propose service improvements and new service concepts.
* Prepare monthly usage and billing reports.
* Align project goals with stakeholder expectations and guide project teams toward successful delivery.
* Apply structured project management methodologies to achieve scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
* Facilitate clear communication among team members and provide timely status, issue, and risk updates to management.
