[Job Description]
1. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing information-related activities for the business group and repair shop.
2. As the IT point of contact (POC) for the business group, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including repair shops, related support teams (IT/accounting/legal), and offshore IT teams, to confirm project specifications, verify output data, and manage overall project implementation.
3. As the business IT solutions liaison, you will support the configuration and data maintenance of the ERP/SFC (Shop-Floor Control) system. In collaboration with the IT team, you will oversee various codes, SKUs, BOMs, billing configuration, rule engines, incident management, data maintenance, etc.
4. As a member of the business owner team, you will develop short- and long-term strategies and goals for continuous improvement of BI and ERP/SFC, as well as IT-related roadmaps.
5. As a member of the business owner team, you will promote, plan, and coordinate the development of continuous improvements for customer reporting systems (KPI reports, repair reports, billing reports, etc.).
6. Work with the repair shop and IT teams to conduct necessary User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and logistics, QA testing, and final acceptance testing throughout the release cycle.
7. As the project leader for customer reporting automation, you will work with domestic and international IT teams to support the development and implementation of reporting mechanisms.
8. Assist the repair shop team in configuring reports to improve business activities and advise on operational settings that meet customer reporting standards.
9. Support communication between overseas teams and SCM, maintaining smooth communication and understanding in both Japanese and English.
