Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and localizing user interface systems, primarily our website. This includes developing and operating platform features and lead generation tools.
You'll also design and optimize platform-based user experiences and lead generation mechanisms to improve engagement and conversion. This role requires close collaboration with our marketing, content, and digital teams both domestically and internationally. A strong passion and ability to align global strategy with our brand identity are key.
Responsibilities
You'll work closely with the team to ensure accurate, on-brand localization of global web content, and propose and coordinate optimal approaches for the home market.
You will review and edit translations of various content to ensure natural, on-brand communication. You will collaborate with external teams to review translations and messaging as needed.
You will support the planning and coordination of major marketing events, including test drives and lead generation, centered on the company's website.
You will ensure all content is aligned with Tesla's global brand strategy and corporate identity.
You will set up and maintain user interface systems, centered on the website, and optimize and adapt platform features and lead generation tools.
You will design and optimize user experiences and lead capture mechanisms to improve engagement and conversions.
You will monitor and analyze user behavior to continuously refine digital experiences and increase lead quality.
Requirements
3-5 years of specialized experience in one or more of the following areas:
Localization skills, digital marketing, or data analyst skills, with a focus on B2C websites
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, CRM, or related field preferred.
Experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in automobiles, EVs, and technology.
Valid driver's license in Japan.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
Experience in marketing asset management.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) skills a plus.
Experience with data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics a plus.
Flexible and adaptable to rapid change, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong passion.
