This is an open position for junior engineers eager to build a career in the space industry. You'll work across multiple technical domains involved in satellite development, such as structural design, thermal design, communication design, electrical design, embedded software, and FPGA development.
Designing and manufacturing micro-satellites—which are lightweight and compact yet packed with various functions—requires integrating complex, interwoven technical elements into a cohesive overall system. Therefore, they are seeking ambitious engineers who aspire to eventually transcend specialized fields and take on overall satellite system design.
You'll learn space and satellite technology and knowledge after joining, so engineers new to the industry are highly welcome!
You'll be responsible for tasks based on your expertise and career aspirations, choosing from roles such as:
・Satellite Structural Design: This involves 3D CAD for structural and equipment layout, structural analysis, and assembly.
・Thermal Design: You'll handle thermal control parameter design, thermal analysis, thermal instrumentation implementation, and thermal environment testing.
・Communication Design: Responsibilities include communication device and antenna design, link budget calculations, and verification testing.
・Electrical Design: You'll work on power and signal harness design, board specification design, and electrical verification testing.
・Embedded Software Development: This covers satellite-borne software development and control integration with various satellite equipment.
・FPGA Development: You'll focus on FPGA design and verification for satellite-borne equipment.

【Required】
・Graduate of science and engineering department (mechanical, electrical and electronic, information, etc.) or equivalent basic knowledge
・Work experience related to some kind of product, device, or software development (regardless of industry)
【Preferred】
・Knowledge of space engineering (knowledge from lectures at universities, graduate schools, etc. is also welcome)
・Project experience at universities, research institutes, etc.; knowledge of hardware control
