[Job Summary]
Our International Business Department is strengthening its construction management and administrative systems in response to the expansion of large-scale ODA projects, primarily in Southeast and South Asia.
On-site international projects require you to address a variety of challenges, including schedule, quality, and safety management, as well as coordination with joint ventures and local staff.
In this position, you will initially work as a contract employee on an overseas project, handling construction management, technical support, and on-site administrative tasks, while aiming to oversee the overall project as a project manager in the future. After gaining experience on an overseas project, you will have the opportunity to transition to full-time employment in Japan.
However, based on a comprehensive assessment of your skills, position, and experience, you may be considered for full-time employment in Japan from the start.

- Construction management and technical support for overseas projects (assisting with schedule, quality, and safety management)
- Collaboration and coordination with clients (government agencies), consultants, joint venture partners, and local staff

- Project support in collaboration with headquarters departments (Construction Department, Project Management Department, and administrative departments)

[Required Requirements]
- Business level or above English
- University graduate or above in engineering
- Ability to work long-term overseas (1 year or more in Bangladesh, the Philippines, etc.)
- Construction management experience in the construction industry (civil engineering) (approximately 3 years or more)
- Coordination and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work overseas
- Ability to communicate professionally in English

- Japanese conversation level equivalent to N3 or above
- Overseas work experience, experience with ODA projects
- Ability to communicate professionally in Japanese

[Annual Salary]
¥4,000,000 - ¥10,000,000
